Sacramento XSV is a professional paintball franchise competing in the USPL and PSP leagues with plenty of experience in winning tournaments. When MJMfX was presented with an opportunity to creatively redesign their website, I knew it wasn’t something to pass up. I’m proud to have worked with one of the most well known teams in paintball, and I’m glad it turned out this good.

Cancer has touched everyone in some way; whether it affects you personally, a loved one that is fighting, or through loving memory of those that weren’t so fortunate. We all need to support each other, and this is my way of giving back to the world for having been given a chance at beating Leukemia. The full-featured social network will launch fall 2011, and it’s the most satisfying site I’ve ever been a part of creating.

They are strictly professional, and it shines through in their videos. Now their branding has gotten a facelift, and it finally does their final product justice. Ballerscafe.com is one of the most respected authorities on paintball news and products you can find on the internet. They came to MJMfX for a rebranding, and we were proud to have the opportunity. We knew the site’s wide demographic of readers would demand simplicity and readability in the logo, and that’s what we strived for. We managed to maintain a level of ‘fun’ in the brand that appeals to the less serious portion of the site’s audience. Overall, the project went smoothly and Ballerscafe.com was very happy with their new look.

Karnage Paintballs

Karnage is a paintball manufacturer long overdue for a rebranding. The paintball community knows that Karnage produces quality paintballs, but their old brand just didn’t do them any justice. There’s a soft spot in our hearts for paintball organizations at MJMfX, so we were happy to step up and produce something great for these guys. Karnage had a distinctive ‘animalistic’ feel previously that we wanted to preserve in our redesign of their logo. We definitely can’t complain about how it turned out.

Pacific NW Pride

If you didn’t know already, the Pacific Northwest is arguably one of the most beautiful regions in the country. Renown for its hospitality and beautiful landscapes, there’s a lot to be proud of. Mike had the pleasure of residing in Washington this past summer, and it was a great experience and no doubt a great place to live. That’s why we were so excited when Pacific Northwest Pride turned to us for their branding and website design. The clean and earthy design represents life in the Northwest and the friendly typography provides for a sense of hospitality you will undoubtedly encounter in this area. We’re proud of this project and invite you to show your support for the Pacific Northwest!

The guys over at GreatToBeAVol.com came to us with a great idea, and we were glad to help them realize it. Specializing in pop sports apparel at the University of Tennessee, they were looking for a fun layout that featured their school colors and popular ‘checkerboard’ pattern Tennessee is recognized so quickly for. Built on WordPress, the site features the Shopp eCommerce plugin coupled with Google Checkout for an easy shopping experience. With their brand established and eCommerce solution off the ground, GTBV is ready for success. MJMfX was proud to help.

Fogdoc

Fogdoc is an antifog product that works on many different applications. Having perfected their recipe, the time had come to revamp their brand awareness with a new logo and website. They were looking for a ‘doctor’ theme that implemented the same blue color their product sported. MJMfX stepped up with some snazzy jQuery to showcase the various applications of the antifog with a fun yet professional layout to match. The site meets xHTML and CSS standards and features a WordPress CMS.

Rick McCormick

This site was done for Real Estate Agent Rick McCormick. Rick works for Jaqua Realtors out of Kalamazoo, MI and specializes in lake-front property in Southwest Michigan. He was looking for a layout that conveyed professionalism yet still connected with the user on a personal level, as well as something that matched his kind-hearted and easy-going personality. The design was only required to be consistent with the Jaqua colors of maroon and beige/silver; MJMfX had complete creative freedom on the project for everything else. Behind the scenes, the site features a WordPress CMS that allows Rick to easily update the content on his site whenever he likes. The code is also optimized for Search Engines and, as always, xHTML and CSS standards compliant. Minor PHP modification and brief jQuery was also used in the project.
